Example Brief for performance

• For the next summer charity concert (2017) I think that age groups from youngest of 8 years to parent ages (30 years and over)
• The musical styles I think that will be suitable might possibly be individual pieces either from their own style to represent the effort and music in the school's students, or the music to perform could be a famous genre such as rock or pop to encourage them to work in groups and make the school look like a team based production.
• My five songs are 1: His theme on the piano with my working partner, 2: Heat Haze, 3: Music if the night, 4: Gypsy dance and 5: Banyan tree. The first song will only be with my partner and we first thought of doing 5 songs for the piano, but my instrument is cello and his is drums, so we decided to split up for the music performance.
• for this brief I'm honest to say that I'm feeling a bit nervous because I never performed in front of an audience with one other person or on my own, but I have multiple time performed with the school's orchestra either at the school or in the church near it.
• In order to perform nicely and well I personally want to focus on getting the tuning, timing and rhythm correct so that I'm not so scared of getting it wrong during the performance.
