Health and Safety

Common questions:

1). How can you protect your hearing during rehearsal?
From what I know you should keep the volume at a sensible rate. By this I mean that the volume should NOT be at it's maximum but at a rate that you are comfortable with so it would be a really good piece to perform.

2). How can a mixture of repertoire (quiet and loud songs) help protect your hearing?
With quiet songs the volume should be at a rate that doesn't interrupt other performers and at a rate that is hearable enough to rehearse a long to. But with loud music you should turn down the volume to a standable standard. By this I mean that when rehearsing along with this music, make sure that the volume is low but still able to hear as well as the instrument being played along so this scientifically hurt or damage you ears.
